Ordering from Artistic Faux Finish Designs

If you have any questions about our products, or you are experiencing any difficulty ordering from our site, we can be reached by email and will respond in 1-2 business days.
Return Policy
Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt. Damaged products may
be returned for a full refund within 10 days. All other returns of unopened
products are subject to a 15% restocking and processing fee. Opened videos,
books and technique sheets are not returnable. Shipping charges are not refundable
except in the case of damaged merchandise.
Please email us to receive a Return Authorization Number. All returns must be marked clearly with the Authorization Number and returned in their original packing. Credits/refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt. Please be aware that we can not accept returns of any kind after 30 days.
Shipping
All orders of in stock products are shipped within 3 business days of processing.
Custom Painted items shipped within 3-6 weeks. Any unusual or unforeseen delays
will be communicated with you through email. Normal shipping is UPS ground. Depending upon your location you should receive your order within 3-6
days from the time it was processed.
Please email us for any orders that will require faster shipping. We will calculate the shipping charges based on the weight of the package and the shipping time requested plus an additional surcharge of $6.00 for each order. We will then e-mail you the information for your approval prior to processing the order.
There are no C.O.D. shipments
Privacy Policy
We do collect information from users at a couple places on this site. Of
course, you must provide your name, address, phone number, email address
and credit card information to complete a purchase of one of our items. We
do not share any of the information you provide us with any other party. We
use it only to troubleshoot any problems with the operation of the site and
to send you occasional email notices of our activities and specials. If at
any time you no longer wish to hear from us, we will remove your name from
our list upon request.
